Osteopathy – This branch of health considers the body as a whole unit and this holistic medicine is considered as a complete medical discipline, which treats bones, muscles, and the complete body systems. Moreover, it is a non-invasive drug free method which aims to strengthen one’s musculoskeletal frame work.  The main aim of this branch of medicine is to enhance the circulatory system, nervous system, and lymphatic system of the body.

“I was so fascinated with this field of treatments – where our body has the ability to heal and self-regulate and that it is all in one unit – the body, mind, and spirit.  Every dysfunction in our body has a root cause of disease.  The manipulative techniques to use our bones as a lever to remove pressures and restrictions on nerves, ligaments, arteries, veins, and lymphatics in order to restore our body back to normal. From the Classical Osteopathy of Dr. Andrew Taylor Still,  the Muscle Energy Techniques of Dr. Fred Mitchell, the Counter Strain Techniques of Dr. Laurence Jones and most of all the Visceral techniques of Dr. Jean Pierre Barral, and others. These people and their principles that I have learned have opened my eyes to the world of Osteopathy – that our body is a magical and amazing machine, that should be taken care of.”
